Terms and conditions of Summer Raffle 2024

  • The cost of each ticket is £2 and the raffle will be drawn at 1pm on Friday 21st June at Queen Alexandra Hospital.
  • No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 years. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.
  • Tickets will only be entered into the draw once full payment has been received.
  • Online tickets will not be able to be purchased after 23:55 on Thursday 20th June
  • Any physical tickets returned after the draw date with money will be treated as a donation.
  • All ticket stubs must be returned as instructed by the closing date in order to gain entry into the raffle. The closing date and the raffle draw date are clearly displayed on each raffle ticket.
  • Whilst every effort will be made to contact winners, if we are unable to make contact within 30 days of the draw, unclaimed prizes will be used to fund the objectives of Portsmouth Hospitals Charity.
  • The Promoter will comply with all relevant legislation from Portsmouth City Council and the Gambling Commission in line with their Small Society Registration.
  • The Promoter will comply with any relevant data protection legislation (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) to protect your personal data for the purposes of administering your participation in the raffle and communicating with you about the raffle.
  • The Promoter will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes or use the data for marketing purposes unless specified separately.
  • All raffle tickets are non-refundable.
