2026 QA 5K Colour Dash

After the amazing success of our first-ever QA 5K Colour Dash in 2025, we’re thrilled to announce that the event is back and will be even more colourful in 2026. 

The Colour Dash brings together staff, patients, and the wider community for a fun, vibrant, and very colourful day—all in support of Portsmouth Hospitals Charity. 

This year, we’re aiming to make it even more exciting and colourful, so pop the date in your diaries and get ready to run (or walk) for a great cause. 

  • Event date: Sunday 12 July 2026 
  • Location: Staunton Country Park 
  • Time: 10am 
  • Registration fee: Adults £20 and Children (2-15) £10 - Under 2's are free 
  • Minimum sponsorship target: £50
