Seven-year old Sylvie has raised an incredible £1,250 by selling cakes and homemade lemonade from a Lemon-Aid stand in her front garden.
Sylvie's mum has been receiving treatment for bowel cancer on the oncology ward at the Queen Alexander Hospital. She is now entering her final phase of chemotherapy, and Sylvie wanted to do something special to say thank you to the team that treated her.
The funds have been donated directly to the oncology ward to support the ward's amazing staff and other families going through cancer treatment.
