Jonathan Precey will be climbing to new heights later this month as he takes on the Kilimanjaro challenge. This will involve climbing to the summit of the highest mountain in Africa - over 5,000 metres above sea level.
The training regime involves visits to the gym three times per week and climbing over 100 flights of stairs! The trip is personal for Jonathan, the Trust's Financial Analytics Manager. His triplet girls are now four years old and his family will never forget the exceptional care and kindness they received during a tough time in the pandemic.
"From their fragile beginnings at QA - where our smallest miracle weighed just 3lb 12oz - our daughters have grown into vibrant, thriving four-year olds. We are eternally grateful to the staff at QA whose clinical expertise and extraordinary compassion turned a time of great anxiety into the greatest love of our lives."
We wish Jonathan all the best of luck as he undertakes such an amazing physical challenge.
