In April 2026, Hayley Harding will be taking on the iconic London Marathon - all 26.2 miles of it - to raise vital funds for Portsmouth Hospitals Charity.
Hayley is Medical People Manger at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust and has worked for the organisation for the past six years. In that time, she’s experienced the incredible care, dedication, and resilience shown by colleagues across every department.
And as an NHS worker, she knows how much your support can mean — whether it's funding for new equipment, improving patient spaces, or supporting staff wellbeing.
Hayley said this will be a massive personal challenge for her but it's a chance to give back to a place that's given so much to her, her colleagues and the community.
Hayley has already reached her incredible fundraising target of £2,500 and this is driving her on to achieve as much as possible for the charity. Hayley said, “Thank you so much for your support - and wish me luck as I take on this amazing challenge!”
